Default carlys_guy's trains

i everyone carly here (waves). i finally talked CG into digging out his trains so we could take pics of them, these are his HO trains from the 60's.

left to right they are, new haven diesel with dummy by marx, 040 dockside engine by RIVAROSSI (italian), and 040 dockside 7744 by AHM (italian).
the AHM box says made to blueprints. i willkeep bugging him to get pics of the larger 027 gauge trains.

Some fab trans you have, you must show more of them, do you have a layout set up, or just keep them in there box.

It's exciting to know what you have, and more about the model trains in the USA, I'm thinking the new camera will help photo them.

thanks holly i could get closer with the new camera but had to resize them so the site would accept them. i don't have a setup we had two when my dad was alive but my mom wanted them taken down after he dies so everything is in boxes or on shelves.

Oh be nice to see them set up again, maybe one day, the Pics Bob takes are 18mp photos, takes them down 50% so should be around 8 to 9mp, they still just load to the site, any more and they wont.

Very nice locos - love the shunters.

In 1946 the Southern Railway acquired 14 of these shunters from the USA Army Transportation Corps. They were known as USA class and spent most of their working lives in Southampton Docks.
