Angry VW Passat 2.0 TDI, can't get ABS light out

VW Passat 2.0 TDI, 07 plate, can't get ABS light out.

Hi any help with this one, codes wheel sensors on rear, fitted two new sensors still light wont clear, wiring looks good, any help thanks

Hi, and yes I can help with this one, there is a fault with this type of car at the rear hubs and ABS sensors.

Remove the new sensors you fitted, check the bottom of the sensor, think you will find they are cut at the bottom by the hub.

Fault is rust in the hubs ABS ring and will in time push up to the sensor and damage the bottom by cutting into it.

You will need two new hubs and two new sensors, the new ones will have damage for sure.

Thank you, two side were cut, two new hubs and two sensors fitted and car is fine again.
