Smile Opel/Vauxhall Z28/NET, change timing chain




Note the coolant sensor canbe found at the rear of the yellow dip stick, a two pin plug, if open the live data will read -40 and the coolant fans will ran all the time with key on.

The 16 way EOBD port is under the cig tray centre console.
The body and under bonnet controler can be checked for DTC's with a good scan tool, B3901 wrong enviroment identifier received, and B1375 switch system voltage ign: on not plausable with can sig:, can be an ECM fault and lead to no start and no crank on the key, along with coolant temp faults, wrong data and odd codes.
