Angry Land Rover TD5 turbo close down

Land Rover TD5 turbo close down.

The turbo will close down on throttle up, codes for high turbo boost, have change turbo boost sensor and TDC sensor as said that was best to do on other internet sites, but no fix.

Have also adjusted boost off a bit to lower it, but will still close down, any help will be most welcome.

Hi, the TDC sensor is one thing it wont be, boost sensors don't go wrong much, and don't give high boost codes as that one.

Turbo also don't fail, they work mec: from pressure to open the wast gate from the boost pipe.

Would be sure your trouble is to do with the air meter cal:, but first check the filter and air box is free to flow the air.

Check the grill of the meter for dust leaves on it, it only takes a bit to change the air flow over the hot wire, and give this fault.

After that test or sub the air meter.
