Yes in fact they are, Hereford fair you fly within feet of buildings, or over them, but it's lots of fun there in the city streets, and at night.

However this is more how me and Bob remember it, and was a lot of fun hunting down those Girls in short mini skirts

Well think that's part of the fun and excitment and makes Hereford May Fair what it is and why it's been going so long, not many Towns let it happen in there streets, many it's on playing fields out of the main town.
