![]() The car as seen in the pics: above, has the engine fitted and wiring, needs fuel tank and prop made shorter, needs the rad too before we can run it.
The engine we used was a Ford mexico 1.6 x flow motor, it was fully seized and could not be turned over, it was major work to remove the pistons so we could rebuild it, as you will see in these next pics, not good is it ![]()

![]() Even the sump had rusted in holes and had to be welded. After the pistons were got out, the engine had a full recon. Here is the motor ready for fitment.

wow that looks great we have shops that make specialty oil pans here mainly for racing but also for odd ball vehicles. i had to have one made for a 1966 bronco i used to have because it had two sumps to fit over the front 4x4 axle.

and had not see that one, thank you for posting. As you know I do like to see nice neat wiring, all on clips right cable and not those crimp on blue yellow and red cable ends ![]() I'm sure your own kit car will look good soon ![]() Just to let you know this pipe kit car is now racing and will go really well ![]() Bob
