![]() Vauxhall Corsa no front or rear washer op: This canbe a number of faults, the switch relays or motor, the motor is +-/-+ one to send wash to front and the other way to send wash to rear, by using one motor with two wires and two outputs one to the front and one to the rear. Testing First start by testing the motor resis:, if ok test the supply and ground over the motor cables with a meter, pull the switch up for front down for rear with key on, check the meter for the +-/-+, if one of them is not there you may have a switch or relay fault. If there is on +-/-+, check fuse. The switch sigs: canbe seen on a good scan tool in live data, if they are there when the switch is active, check relay. This canbe found in the relay box, in bonnet bay on 05 plate cars, this is the box by the batt and not the one near the front head light. You will neen to remove the tx screws and remove the top, you will need the remove the batt hold down bolt and push the batt over to get at all the screws. Relay is one of the grey ones, 5 pin type, a change over relay, and any small 5 pin relays will do, ford black one's or brown ones will work, we have seen a number of the relays and the screen motors fail.
