Yes and thank you Ana, we will remember and we salute you all.

Bobs family played a big part in the war first and second, there is a story here of Bobs father and mother in the war, his uncle Ted was in the Dambusters raid.

I'm to young to have been told much about the war. as sad to say many are no longer with us

I have never been told the full story Bob's uncle Ted in the dambusters raid and what he did, maybe we can tell it one day.
It is one of many story's from so many, that we have our lives today.

Good to know Mr and Mrs Fez are at Cenotaph in Whitehall.

Hi Holly and Lisa,

I am still on the other boat by myself until this weekend so I have to make my own tee.

Lucy is wearing Mr Fez medals from more modern conflicts as he is a bit young to have been in WWII.

However from what he has told us his family have been in every conflict the Brits have fought since 1800.

Much love Ana xxx

Wow the Dambusters raid, that is a story I'd like to hear about.

Mr and Mrs Fez go every year if they can, they even met in the army in Germany.

Love and hugs,

Lucy xxx

Yes we got home safely, if a little drunk Old comrades and pubs you know.

That booklet reminds me of the one we were given in Bosnia to identify all the different types of kit that were over there.

Love Mr Fez

Hope we can tell more about that at sometime and what he did, Bob would know I'm sure.

Bob's uncle Ted, Edward G Meredith, Lancaster Bomber Command, Pathfinder Navigator.

The Pathfinders were target-marking squadrons in RAF Bomber Command during World War II.

Bobs Father and Mothers story was told here at this link, it's a good read

Think you it is inspiring stuff.

Myself never new Bobs father, but have been told he would do anything for anyone no matter the danger.

Did know Bob's mother she was a really nice lady, I was very young then.
