Changes to the forum

Cyber Ted has made a number of changes to the site, and we all here very much thank him for the work

First is the new banner, do a page reload to see it, the banner shows the site as not just motor but so much more, the kemble and Plasticworld, we thank Timbo too for doing the great looking new banner for the site

In the Nav: Box we now have a link to the Kemble, and forums list, not just forums as before.

The list in the home page is now much longer, and there will be more Smilies coming soon.
